I am pursuing a B.A. in Electronic Media & Broadcasting at Northern Kentucky University, with a minor in Criminal Justice. My work combines sports commentary, camera operation, highlight editing, script writing, production planning, and on-set coordination.
My background also includes asset protection leadership, investigations, crisis response, team training, and detailed reporting. That mix has shaped how I work: calm under pressure, organized in the details, and ready to build trust with people in real situations.

From Target Security Specialist to Assets Protection Team Leader
Over four years in Target Asset Protection, I progressed from Target Security Specialist to Assets Protection Team Leader. I conducted external theft and internal misconduct investigations, interviewed subjects and witnesses, prepared detailed case documentation, partnered with law enforcement agencies throughout the Cincinnati area, and worked with store leadership to reduce risk and improve operational performance.
As an Assets Protection Team Leader, I led investigations involving team members and vendors, identified theft and policy violations, analyzed theft trends, and implemented shortage reduction strategies. I also developed partnerships with local police departments and community organizations while helping create a safe environment for guests, team members, and the surrounding community.
Beyond investigations, I was involved in community outreach including Heroes & Helpers, Shop with a Cop, Cram the Cruiser donation drives, child car seat installation events, and charitable partnerships supporting organizations in Blue Ash, Newport, Reading, and surrounding communities.
